Hi,
I currently am running Windows NT Server. I just installed a NT compatible Ethernet card for my network. I followed the install directions and the install was error free. Now once I restart my computer, an error message pops up saying the the Ethernet card driver doesn't function properly. I checked Event Viewer an here's what it says:

The Network Everywhere Fast Ethernet Adapter(NC100v2) service failed to start because: A device attached to the system is not functioning.

Does this mean that the driver failed or does it mean that another device is not installed. Please reply to this message.

Most likely a resource conflict (IRQ, I/O) which Event Viewer should also
log. You can run winmsd to see what resources are in use and available to
use with your network interface.
