Resizing server partition

I have two partitions on my server and I'd like to change their sizes
(without deleting everything.) Is there a way to do this with an NT
utility or do I need to purchase additional software?

the most simple way is using server partition manager http://www.disk-partition.com/download-server.html, it can merge, diviser, resize the partitions, very useful, however, it's totally free!
